This agreement establishes a partnership between OPTU and the Partner Institution solely for the purposes of academic and research collaboration, and not for accreditation purposes.

Note: Partner institutions are required to prepare the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) together with all other necessary supporting documents, and a nominal partnership fee of USD 199 shall be implemented to cover the administrative and evaluation processes.

Benefits and Privileges of Partner Institutions:

In recognition of the partnership established between the Oceania Polytechnic and Technological University (OPTU) and the Partner Institution, the following benefits and privileges shall be conferred to the Partner Institution, subject to the policies and discretion of OPTU:

1. Official Recognition

  • [1.1.] The Partner Institution shall receive a Digital Certificate of Partnership issued by OPTU, bearing Perpetual (Lifetime) Validity, a Direct Object Identifier (DOI), and official listing on the OPTU website.
  • [1.2.] The Partner Institution may use the OPTU Partner Institution Seal and corresponding titles for official and promotional purposes, upon prior written authorization from OPTU.

2. Access to Academic and Research Support

  • [2.1.] The Partner Institution, its students, faculty, and researchers shall be given priority access to OPTU's academic and research support services, including consultation, publication guidance, and collaborative research opportunities.
  • [2.2.] Publications accepted in the International Journal of Transdisciplinary Research and Innovations (IJTRI)—the official journal of OPTU—shall be entitled to a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC).
  • [2.3.] The Partner Institution may collaborate with OPTU in joint research projects and co-authored academic outputs under mutually agreed terms.

3. Program Certification and Validation

  • [3.1.] The Partner Institution shall be eligible to apply for Program Certification by OPTU, subject to the submission of a complete syllabus, prospectus, and/or academic catalog for each program.
  • [3.2.] Programs certified by OPTU shall be listed in the OPTU Academic Directory (Affiliated Courses) and shall be recognized as academically aligned with OPTU's standards of quality and integrity.

4. Dual Certification and Credential Authentication

  • [4.1.] The Partner Institution shall have priority for dual certification of its graduates, whereby qualified students may receive: (a) a diploma or degree from the Partner Institution, and (b) a Certified Certificate from OPTU, attesting to international recognition and validation, at a nominal fee of USD 199 per certificate per individual, provided that such certifications are officially endorsed by the Partner Institution.
  • [4.2.] The Partner Institution may request OPTU to certify certificates of training programs issued under its authority, at a nominal fee of USD 199 per certificate per individual, provided that such certifications are officially endorsed by the Partner Institution.
  • [4.3.] All OPTU-certified credentials shall include digital authentication and verification through OPTU's online validation system.

5. Joint and Accredited Programs

  • [5.1.] The Partner Institution shall be eligible to propose joint academic or professional programs with OPTU, subject to the submission of relevant documentation, including the program curriculum, rationale, faculty qualifications, accreditation documents, and learning outcomes.
  • [5.2.] OPTU may endorse the Partner Institution's programs for potential international accreditation under the International Consortium for Accreditation and Research Management (ICARM), upon fulfillment of all necessary academic and institutional requirements.

6. Additional Institutional Privileges

  • [6.1.] The Partner Institution shall be invited to participate in OPTU's international academic conferences and symposia.
  • [6.2.] The Partner Institution shall have access to joint grants and training initiatives offered by OPTU and its affiliated global network.
  • [6.3.] OPTU may recognize exemplary faculty members, researchers, and students from the Partner Institution through its Global Recognition and Academic Excellence Awards.
